This product is made from high-quality EVA as the core base material, integrally formed via the closed-cell foaming process, with a polyurea elastomer protective coating sprayed on the outer layer. It thus forms a stable double-layer structure of "core buffer layer + anti-corrosion protective layer".
The EVA base material adopts a high-elasticity formula, combining lightweight properties with excellent toughness. Its closed-cell structure ensures no water absorption or seepage. Coupled with the strong protective performance of the polyurea coating, this product fully meets the high-frequency berthing requirements of yachts.

Leveraging the high resilience and compressive deformation properties of EVA material, it can efficiently absorb the impact energy generated during vessel berthing.
