Inspection scope
1. Check whether the anchor bolts for installing the fender body and the bolts for fixing the anti impact plate are loose. If they are loose, tighten them and fix the fixing bolts and cushion plate with spot welding.
2. Check if there are any abnormal phenomena such as cracks or cuts on the fender body. If there are deep cracks, please contact our company in a timely manner.
3. Check for any dents, cracks, or corrosion on the anti-collision plate. If there are dents, cracks, or corrosion on the anti-collision plate, please contact our company. To prevent rust on the anti-collision plate, it is recommended to perform anti-corrosion treatment once a year as much as possible.
4. Check if the anti-collision plate tilts forward. Material accumulation on the inside of the anti-collision plate can easily cause it to tilt forward, so it is necessary to remove the accumulation on the inside of the anti-collision plate as much as possible.
5. Check for scratches, pressure damage, etc. on the surface of the anti-collision board. If the panel is damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
6. Check if there are cracks in the installation of the fender and measure the concrete. If any cracks occur, contact the civil engineering department for handling.
7. Check if there are any abnormalities in the rubber elastic components of the suspension anti impact plate. If there are any abnormalities, they should be dealt with and replaced in a timely manner.
