The structure
Inner rubber
Rely on the fender to ensure the air tightness of the fender to prevent gas leakage and maintain the air pressure of the fender.
Middle layer
The reinforcement layer is the skeleton layer of the fender, which is made up of multiple layers of glued with high strength cord fabric
Outer rubber
The outer rubber layer covers the outer surface of the fender to protect the fender from external force damage and wear.
Fender Body:
Pneumatic rubber fender body.
Counterweight
used to balance buoyancy and pull the fender to prevent position shift caused by the impact of waves.

The advantage of hydro pneumatic rubber fender
Although the appearance of a hydro-pneumatic fender is similar to a pneumatic fender, it has a special advantage as following:

Hydro Pneumatic Rubber Fender Inflation Process
The submarine fender must first have an inflatable rod installed.
In the next phase, utilize a wrench to take out the valve core and place it to the side.
Then connect the quick connector for inflation; the inflation pressure should be 0.05-0.08 MPa, with the recommended pressure being 0.05 MPa.
A pressure gauge must be installed during the inflation process to observe the internal pressure and prevent overinflation
Finally, tighten the valve core with a wrench.
