Rubber pneumatic fenders

According to ISO 17357:2002 Ships and Marine Technology - High-Pressure Floating Pneumatic Rubber Fenders, fenders mainly consist of the following components:
Outer rubber layer: A rubber layer covering the outside of the fender to protect the skeleton material and inner rubber layer from external damage or wear.
Inner rubber layer: A rubber layer on the inner wall of the fender to prevent gas leakage and maintain the air pressure inside the fender.
Cord fabric layer: Composed of rubber-coated cord fabric, serving as the skeleton material of the fender.
Wire coil ring: A steel ring placed at one (or both) end(s) of the fender to fix the ends of the cord fabric layer.
End flanges: Metal components at both ends of the fender, used to install inflation valves and safety valves.

Its dimensions range from D1.0m×L1.5 to D3.3m×L6.5m. The tires used are specially treated to have a more beautiful surface, and the chains are hot-dip galvanized for strong corrosion resistance in seawater.
