Products Description
Pneumatic rubber fenders, also known as pneumatic fender, Yokohama type fender, are made with high-quality wear-resistant rubber and 3-strand synthetic tire cord.. It is an inflatable berthing fender that provides reliable protection during vessel berthing operations. this fender is able to withstand the harsh marine environment and provide long-lasting performance.Designed for a service life of 10 to 15 years.The air inside enables them to float on the water and act as a shock absorber between two ships (ship to ship) or when a ship is side by side with a berthing structure on the water.
Pneumatic marine fenders are durable and can withstand pressures up to 50Kpa or 80Kpa, suitable for various mooring conditions. Their innovative design is easy to install and maintain, ensuring user convenience. The fenders are equipped with chain tire nets to provide additional protection and stability during mooring operations.
Fender production line
Our company purchase raw materials such as natural rubber (produced in Thailand, Vietnam, Yunnan), carbon black, styrene-butadiene rubber, etc. Then mix them in proportion (to ensure the performance of airbags and fenders). After machine mixing and calendering, we can see the fabric rubber layer and rubber sheet. Workers can use them to produce ship launching airbags and pneumatic fenders. We send the finished airbags and fenders into the vulcanizer for vulcanization. After that, we will inflate the product to see if there is any leakage. If there is no problem, we will pack it and wait for shipment to you.
