Application
Rubber dock fender could be used as a protective medium for ship-to-ship operation(STS), ship-to-quay(STQ) and ship-to-berthing(STB). And suit for various vessels, like:

Selection Attention
1.Single fender absorption energy should be bigger than ship berthing energy
2.When choose fenders,please Compare Fender SELECTION tables with Fender specifications
3.Berthing Velocity should be less than 0.3m/s
4.Install to the wall which should be flat and the width should be bigger than Pneumatic fender's length
5.Hanging chains should be connected with the Swivel on ends. Each part should be connected firmly and orderly.
6.Inflate pressure should be in ±5% tolerance range of rated pressure.
7.Check internal pressure every 3 month,keep it to 50 K Pa or 80 K Pa
If long time no use,Do not deflate or fold,need to inflate to 20～30Kpa,place area require Dry, cool, ventilated,Stay away from Acid, base, grease, heat source.

4. Reliability testing: Carry out reliability tests such as inflation, pressure resistance, and impact resistance on the finished product to simulate actual use conditions to ensure that the product can work normally and have a long service life in various harsh environments.
