Products Structure
The fender body is made up of an inner rubber layer, reinforced cord layers, and an outer rubber layer that are all fused together through vulcanization.
The outer rubber layer is specifically formulated to endure tough conditions and protect both the cord layers and inner rubber from abrasion.
The synthetic cord layers are strategically placed to evenly distribute weight and stress, ensuring the fender retains its internal air pressure. The inner rubber compound is airtight, similar to a car tire's inner tube, to prevent air leakage.
