production flow
This production line starts with rubber mixing, then uses a calendaring process to produce two types of rubber sheets-those with a nylon cord net reinforcement and those without. The semi-finished products are formed through layers pressing, body and cones processing, and layers winding. Subsequently, vulcanization is carried out to endow the rubber with stable physical properties. After passing quality inspection, the final steps involve packing and loading, forming a complete rubber product production flow from raw material processing to finished product delivery.
