The Size
1. The size of diameter D is divided into 0.6m, 0.8m, 1.0m, 1.2m, 1.5m, 1.8m, 2.0m, 2.5m, 3.0m
2. Effective length L is from 3 meters to 30 meters
3. The number of cord fabric layers is divided into three curtains and four types of glue: SS-3, four curtains, and five types of glue; SS-4, five curtains and six types of glue; SS-5, and six curtains and seven types of glue, SS-6.
4. Special sizes can be processed according to customer requirements.
Raw material selection
1 rubber. To be suitable for airbags to work in harsh environments, our company selects high-quality natural rubber as the primary raw material, adds various auxiliary materials, and has a reasonable formula with durable anti-aging and wear-resistant properties.
2 Nylon "6" dipped cord fabric. The bladder skeleton material cord fabric density is (90±5) cords/10cm wide, and the breaking strength is not less than 205.8N/cord. The maximum breaking strength can reach 313.6N/root.

Pressure And Airtightness Testing
The test was performed using a full-sized airbag with a diameter of 1.8 meters, an adequate length of 12 meters, and seven layers. The customer's required working measure is 0.25Mpa.
Without carrying any load, fill the airbag with an internal pressure of 0.25Mpa. The internal pressure was recorded, and the pressure loss was less than 5% after one hour.
