Ship launching airbags, also known as marine airbags, docking airbags,lifting airbag and ship launching balloons, have now become a convenient way for some shipyards, especially in areas without slipways.

Luhang ship launching and lifting marine rubber airbag is mainly composed of liner layer, Synthetic-Tire-Cord Layer as Reinforcement and outer rubber layer.
Shape features: cylindrical center body + tapered ends. Number of cord layers: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 layers.
In addition, the airbag will be equipped with an air valve for inflation and deflation to control the pressure inside the airbag. The head of the airbag will adopt a new process with two more layers than the airbag body, and will be connected to the iron airbag mouth through a special rubber adhesive (Kemlok), making the connection more secure and improving the overall safety of the airbag.
