Products Structure
The fender body is constructed of an inner rubber layer, reinforced cord layers and an outer rubber layer. All of these layers are vulcanized together.
The external rubber material is created to endure tough conditions, such as abrasion in harsh weather, while also safeguarding the layers of cord and inner rubber.
The synthetic cord layers are arranged and designed to evenly distribute loads and stresses, thus maintaining the fender's internal air pressure.
The internal rubber material is engineered to be fully impermeable, utilizing a formulation similar to that found in the inner lining of an automobile tire.
